Challenge

Our client is the UK’s market-leading structural steel company, offering world class engineering and design excellence. They are one of the largest structural steel business in the UK, employing 1,400 people. For decades they have been shaping skylines and delivering the modern built environment.

The client required T J Hazell to help them deliver a 24-storey building by means of demolishing an existing 21-storey building, save for its concrete core, and construct a new steel framed building around said core whilst adding three new storeys.

Collaborative working between Project Managers, Site and Fabrication Teams whilst executing our core scope with immense accuracy and reliability saw us create the optimum solution for the whole transformative project.
